200 Raritan Center Parkway is a newly constructed 90,000sf warehouse located within the Raritan Center industrial park in Edison, NJ. The building is composed of a steel structure with a mix of CMU and Precast concrete exterior walls. Some features of 200 Raritan Center Parkway include: a glass and aluminum main entranceway, ChargePoint electric car parking, a 7 inch slab on grade, and twelve (12) loading dock positions. Dock positions contain 9ft by 10ft overhead doors, 35,000 pound capacity dock levelers and vinyl dock seals.
